What to expect for your lash appointment

The day of your appointment

To make sure we get the best retention, please come with your lashes and eye area clean and free of any lotion or oils.

A full set of lashes usually takes about 2 hours, whereas fills take about an hour for 2 week and 1.5 hours for more than 2 week fills, depending on how many lashes are needed.

After your appointment

Once you leave the lash studio, please refrain from getting your lashes wet for the 1st 24 hours. Past your 24 hours you can swim in a pool, ocean etc. To get the best retention do NOT use any type of oils around your eye/lash area. You will be sent home with a lash brush which you can use to fluff your lashes but do NOT pull or brush them too much.

We guarantee our work for the first 7 days, after that you will be charged. If you start losing lashes don't panic because we shed lashes everyday, when you start seeing big gaps in your lashes within the first 7 days contact us immediately. IF YOU DONT CONTACT US AND YOU COME TO YOUR FILL APPOINTMENT WITH NO LASHES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FULL SET PRICE.

Fills

We recommend coming in every 2-3 weeks depending on how much your lashes grow. Keep in mind that if you have lost more than 65% of your lashes it will be considered a full set. We will usually pre-book your appointments and access what time frame works best for you to give you the fuller look everyday!
